After studying and working in Australia for seven years, Ayin knew that myHarapan was the place for her. A graduate of Accounting and Management Information System at Deakin University and a former operations Manager at NRS Gas Technology, Ayin also volunteers for Kiwanis and the Malaysian Federation of the Deaf. When she is not planning her next adventure abroad, Ayin leads all aspects of the foundation & business development and manages the Integrated Marketing and Communications Department of myHarapan. Ayin has been with myHarapan for 6 years and has contributed to countless mentoring, coaching and judging the social entrepreneurs. Ayin has also given a talk at the TEDx Kenyalang, themed “Today for Tomorrow” and also shared her views and opinions on youth unemployment on BFM.
