23 years at DPDHL performing different functions - from finance operation (Order To Cash) to managing IT deployment projects before transitioning into process improvement. 10 years in major hotels, restaurants and cruise lines around the world performing different roles from food & beverage to front office - including a few entrepreneurship’s runs during the summer holiday running small seasonal businesses. More than 10 years experience in leading and managing people – be it functional, cross- functional and cross-regional. Proven experience in managing functional virtual teams (spread is various locations) Proven achievement leading large organization through a cultural transformation.
